Vintage Flora provides flower and gift delivery throughout the Kingdom of Bahrain, seven days a week, with delivery slots generally available from 10:00 AM to midnight.

Same-day delivery is available for eligible products, subject to order placement time, individual product preparation requirements and available delivery slots.

Customers can select their preferred delivery date and available time slot during checkout. For orders containing multiple products, the earliest available delivery date is determined by the preparation requirements of all items in the cart.

Important Delivery Information

  • Deliveries are available within the Kingdom of Bahrain.
  • Please provide a complete delivery address and a valid Bahrain contact number.
  • Delivery to P.O. boxes without a suitable physical delivery location cannot be accommodated.
  • For hospitals, hotels and special delivery locations, please provide additional recipient and location information.
  • Special delivery services, including midnight surprise and off-hours delivery, may incur additional charges.

If delivery arrangements need to change due to unforeseen circumstances, our customer service team will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer to discuss suitable alternatives.

Delivery Charge

  • A Standard Delivery Charge of $ 5.36 is applicable for all areas of Bahrain.
  • An additional delivery charge is applicable when selecting midnight surprise or off hours delivery slots.
  • Free Delivery is provided for orders over $ 133.98 or Floral orders of over $ 53.59

Delivery Timings

Our delivery service generally operates between 10:00 AM and midnight, subject to delivery location and available delivery slots.

Customers can select from the available delivery dates and time slots displayed at checkout. Our delivery team makes every reasonable effort to complete deliveries within the selected time slot.

During busy occasions, including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Eid and New Year’s celebrations, delivery schedules may be adjusted due to increased demand.

Although we work to honor the selected delivery arrangements, exact arrival times within a delivery slot cannot always be guaranteed.

If we anticipate a significant delay or require an alternative delivery arrangement, our customer service team will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer.

Special Day Delivery Charge

We add an additional delivery charge based on the volume of orders on a special day. This is required to ensure we maintain quality of service.

What are the conditions for hotel deliveries?

Kindly enter the following details:- Full name and address of the hotel- Telephone number of hotel (if available)- Room number (if available)- Name of the tour operator (if available) and last but not least do state the full name of the recipient as registered in the hotel. The delivery is only granted to the reception desk of the hotel.

What are the conditions for hospital deliveries?

Kindly enter the following details:- Full name and address of the hospital- Telephone number of the hospital (if available)- Ward name and/or number- Maiden name of the recipient if order goes to the maternity ward, and last but not least do state the full name of the recipient. The delivery is only granted to the reception desk of the hospital. Kindly note that some hospitals do not permit to have flowers delivered to the intensive care. In this case you would be alerted by us and the florist stays in close contact with the hospital staff in order to delivery your flower gift as soon as the patient is allowed to receive your flowers.

Where can I enter special instructions?

Special Instructions can be added during the ordering process. If you have additional delivery information after the successful order registration, such as additional phone number or address details, kindly write us an email an email and we shall forward your information to our florist.

Will the item ordered look exactly the same as given in the picture?

Flowers are seasonal products, and some varieties will therefore not always be available at florists. A BahrainGreetings.com bouquet may thus look slightly different to that shown in the online shop. However, every bouquet we create is a work of art, freshly composed especially for you in one our premium shop, and you may rest assured that every effort will be made to match the colour and shape of the bouquet shown in the online picture.

When will my order be delivered?

You can select your preferred delivery date and available time slot during checkout.

The delivery options displayed depend on the products ordered, their preparation requirements, delivery location and available delivery capacity.

We aim to deliver within your selected time slot, although exact arrival times may vary due to traffic, recipient availability and other operational circumstances.

For time-sensitive occasions, including weddings and funerals, please contact our customer service team in advance to discuss any special delivery requirements.

Do you sell products with Alcohol?

No we don’t. We have a strict no alcohol policy.

Gift Vouchers

Please note the below terms of our gift voucher usage.

Product Preparation Lead Times

Some of our products require a minimum lead time for preparation, and orders will be dispatched appropriately. Please note that we are not liable for timely delivery if lead times have not been taken into consideration by the customer while placing an order with us. In most cases the the customer will not be able to select same day delivery by the system for situations like this.

Substitution Policy

All items featured on this Web site represent the types of products we offer and may vary depending upon availability in certain seasons. Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.

  • Flowers
    • In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value.
    • For one-of-a-kind flower arrangements, such as all roses or all lilies, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
    • If the floral container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.
  • Plants
    • For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value.
    • For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color.
    • If the plant container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.
  • Specialty Gifts
    • Specialty gifts may be substituted with another specialty gift of equal or greater value and of similar theme and category.
  • Vases, Baskets and gift boxes 
    • Vases, Baskets and gift boxes may be substituted with another Vase, Basket or gift boxes of equal or greater value and of similar theme and category.

Helium Balloon Float Time, Care & Product Policy

  • Latex Balloons:
    Standard helium-filled latex balloons without float-extending treatment are expected to float for a maximum of approximately 4 hours. Actual floating time may be shorter depending on temperature, balloon size and environmental conditions.
  • Foil (Mylar) Balloons:
    Helium-filled foil balloons typically float for approximately 1–3 days, depending on size and conditions.
  • Balloon Care:
    Keep balloons indoors in an air-conditioned environment, away from direct sunlight, heat and sharp objects. Bahrain’s outdoor heat may significantly reduce floating time.
  • Delivery Recommendation:
    We strongly recommend scheduling helium-filled latex balloon deliveries as close to the event time as possible. Early delivery may result in reduced floating time before the celebration begins.
  • Customer Responsibility:
    Following successful delivery or collection, customers are responsible for proper handling, care and storage. Vintage Flora cannot guarantee floating duration and is not responsible for normal helium loss, natural deflation or damage caused by improper handling or environmental conditions after delivery.
  • Refund & Replacement Policy:
    Helium-filled latex balloons are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds or returns once delivered or collected. Normal helium loss and natural deflation within the disclosed expected period do not, by themselves, constitute product defects. This policy does not affect customers’ statutory rights relating to defective, damaged or nonconforming products.
  • Customer Acknowledgement:
    By purchasing helium-filled balloons, customers acknowledge the disclosed floating durations, care recommendations, customer responsibilities and applicable refund conditions.

Catch the Moment Service

This is a Free service provided by us. We will take a photograph of the recipient at the time of delivery. In an event where the recipient refuses the picture, this service will not be provided to the requester.

Returns

In a rare situation where the customer is not happy with the quality of flowers used, he/she is requested to register a complaint immediately. Any complaints made after 24 hours of delivery won’t be entertained. In case the complaint is found genuine; we would be happy to have his/her flowers replaced free of cost. We at “BahrainGreetings.com” can only guarantee the quality of the flowers. For any other product such as “Teddy Bear”, “Cakes”, “Fruits” etc. the respective brand owner will be responsible for the quality of the products.

Refunds

If we at “BahrainGreetings.com” are unable to deliver any order, the customer will be refunded in full. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc. caused due to non-delivery. A refund will be made only if the delivery failure is due to our mistake or if the area is non-serviceable. Approximate Time Required For Processing A Refund: 7 Working Days.
