What kind of credit cards can I use to purchase my products? currently accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express(USD Currency Only).

Supported Payment Methods

  • Credit Cards We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express(USD Currency Only) via Tap payments. 3D Secure is mandatory for this and your card should support this option. You can get further information on this by talking to your card issuer.
  • Debit Cards
    All Bahrain based credit cards are accepted via Benefit. This is only applicable for BHD payments.
  • PAYPAL: We accept payments via PayPal in USD, EUR and GBP currencies.
  • Tabby: We accept 4 interest free payments via Tabby. Order value should be BHD 50 and above. Currently this is enabled for Bahrain, UAE and KSA customers.

What is 3D Secure?

3D Secure is a FREE service facilitated by VISA and MasterCard that lets you transact online securely using your Debit or Credit Card. Visa Verified by Visa (VBV) / Master Card SecureCode (MSC) / American Express SafeKey use password protection during an Internet purchase to authenticate the customer as an added fraud prevention measure.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is available throughout the week for orders placed by 8p.m. (+3 GMT) Time to all areas of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Deliveries start at 10am upto midnight.

  • Deliveries can be made only to the Kingdom of Bahrain.
  • All orders placed before 8 p.m. Bahrain Time(+3 GTM) will be shipped as per the selected date shipping service.
  • For Same-Day Deliveries, all order should be placed before 8PM Bahrain time(+3 GMT) and should be selected from the Flowers & Same-Day Delivery catalog.
  • We are unable to accept orders for delivery to P.O. Boxes or APOs without a valid local phone number.
  • A signature is not required, the carrier may leave the package if no one is available to accept delivery.
  • Hospital deliveries: please make sure the recipient is still in the hospital before scheduling the delivery
  • For the “Midnight Surprise Delivery” option a contact number is required to validate location to ensure the safety of our delivery personnel.

Delivery Charge

  • A Standard Delivery Charge of $ 4.00 is applicable for all areas of Bahrain.
  • An additional delivery charge is applicable when selecting midnight surprise or off hours delivery slots.

Delivery Timings

Our deliveries usually start at 10.00am and there are many aspects of logistics involved in each order and hence we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of the day. However if there is a particular time slot you prefer, we request you to mention it in the ‘Special Instructions’ section in the order form. In peak occasions such as valentines day, Mother’s Day, Christmas etc. we may start deliveries early as 6:00am and it is highly unlikely that we can accommodate your delivery time slot request due to the load of orders. Nevertheless we will do our best.

Special Day Delivery Charge

We add an additional delivery charge based on the volume of orders on a special day. This is required to ensure we maintain quality of service.

What are the conditions for hotel deliveries?

Kindly enter the following details:- Full name and address of the hotel- Telephone number of hotel (if available)- Room number (if available)- Name of the tour operator (if available) and last but not least do state the full name of the recipient as registered in the hotel. The delivery is only granted to the reception desk of the hotel.

What are the conditions for hospital deliveries?

Kindly enter the following details:- Full name and address of the hospital- Telephone number of the hospital (if available)- Ward name and/or number- Maiden name of the recipient if order goes to the maternity ward, and last but not least do state the full name of the recipient. The delivery is only granted to the reception desk of the hospital. Kindly note that some hospitals do not permit to have flowers delivered to the intensive care. In this case you would be alerted by us and the florist stays in close contact with the hospital staff in order to delivery your flower gift as soon as the patient is allowed to receive your flowers.

Where can I enter special instructions?

Special Instructions can be added during the ordering process. If you have additional delivery information after the successful order registration, such as additional phone number or address details, kindly write us an email an email and we shall forward your information to our florist.

Will the item ordered look exactly the same as given in the picture?

Flowers are seasonal products, and some varieties will therefore not always be available at florists. A bouquet may thus look slightly different to that shown in the online shop. However, every bouquet we create is a work of art, freshly composed especially for you in one our premium shop, and you may rest assured that every effort will be made to match the colour and shape of the bouquet shown in the online picture.

When will the order be delivered, at what time?

We do not have any deliver time guarantee, unless for funerals and weddings. We will deliver during regular business hours. If your flowers need to reach the recipient at a specific time please send us an email. The delivery time request morning/afternoon is not guaranteed, but we will do our utmost to meet your delivery time request.

Do you sell products with Alcohol?

No we don’t. We have a strict no alcohol policy.

Gift Vouchers

Please note the below terms of our gift voucher usage.

Product Preparation Lead Times

Some of our products require a minimum lead time for preparation, and orders will be dispatched appropriately. Please note that we are not liable for timely delivery if lead times have not been taken into consideration by the customer while placing an order with us. In most cases the the customer will not be able to select same day delivery by the system for situations like this.

Substitution Policy

All items featured on this Web site represent the types of products we offer and may vary depending upon availability in certain seasons. Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.

  • Flowers
    • In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value.
    • For one-of-a-kind flower arrangements, such as all roses or all lilies, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
    • If the floral container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.
  • Plants
    • For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value.
    • For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color.
    • If the plant container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.
  • Specialty Gifts
    • Specialty gifts may be substituted with another specialty gift of equal or greater value and of similar theme and category.
  • Vases, Baskets and gift boxes 
    • Vases, Baskets and gift boxes may be substituted with another Vase, Basket or gift boxes of equal or greater value and of similar theme and category.

Catch the Moment Service

This is a Free service provided by us. We will take a photograph of the recipient at the time of delivery. In an event where the recipient refuses the picture, this service will not be provided to the requester.


In a rare situation where the customer is not happy with the quality of flowers used, he/she is requested to register a complaint immediately. Any complaints made after 24 hours of delivery won’t be entertained. In case the complaint is found genuine; we would be happy to have his/her flowers replaced free of cost. We at “” can only guarantee the quality of the flowers. For any other product such as “Teddy Bear”, “Cakes”, “Fruits” etc. the respective brand owner will be responsible for the quality of the products.


If we at “” are unable to deliver any order, the customer will be refunded in full. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc. caused due to non-delivery. A refund will be made only if the delivery failure is due to our mistake or if the area is non-serviceable. Approximate Time Required For Processing A Refund: 7 Working Days.
